Paul Wilson and Dan Pollock have committed to being there every Tuesday through out the summer to deal with the finish line equipment down at the water’s edge. An additional board member will also be in charge each Tuesday under the Pavilion. They are responsible for insurance waivers, scoring, and distributing ice-pops to the kids along with beer to the adults. They should also be available to answer questions concerning MTC membership. Old newsletters will be available to hand out as informational brochures.
The other MTC volunteers needed each Tuesday evening are:
- Finish line workers - #4-5 to assist Dan and Paul at water edge
- Scoring table - #3-4 needed to score the adult race only
- Hand-out Ice pops - #2-3 needed for 15 minutes at 6:30pm
- Results for website - Terry Deshaies will type up results for website
- Ice-pop preparation - Priscilla Quist and Paul Opitz to deliver ice pops
- Beer keg and donations - Liz Roman, Jayne Kessler, Jessica Dirkes
- Kubota Drivers – Pollock, Wilson, Burke, Bertrand, Greening, Berster
